We decided to open our restaurant three decades ago after friends and family urged us to share our delicious spicy seafood dishes with others. We spent years entertaining friends with our zesty crab and shrimp dishes paired with plenty of beer to cool the heat. As our culinary skills flourished, we began to incorporate other influences in our repertoire.
